When I first saw "CatDog", I thought it was hilarious. Now when I see it, I do not think it is funny. The reason for that is because the Greaser Dogs are always so mean to CatDog, Winslow is always taunting Cat, they live in an awkwardly shaped house made out of Fish and Bone. They are all not so nice things to watch, but the Greasers' teasing is just awful. If I were on the show, I would scare them out of the galaxy.

I was a kid in 1998. I was a big fan of Ren & Stimpy. I just loved them. It was my favorite show (untill ZIM came along). Anyways, it was a good show. Then a friend of mine told me about some brand new show, called Catdog. It was about A dumb dog, and a smart cat. I thought it was like Ren and Stimpy switch minds. But when I found it was about a dumb dog, and a smart cat put together, I felt so disappointed. I felt so sorry for Ren and Stimpy. It even copied some jokes off of it. Poor Ren and Stimpy fans. It copied 1 song, many jokes from some other shows, a character, and even a plot for an episode. They also did this stuff to Invader ZIM, and The Angry Beavers. Comen on. It could have been WAY better. And then again, no it could'nt.

What in the world has happened to cartoons anymore? I mean god this show sucks, and the whole concept is lame altogether. You take a dumb dog, a wussy cat, put them together, have an annoying blue rat along side, have them live in half bone half fish house (what the?), have 3 moronic greaser dogs, a butt-ugly jerk rabbit, and another assortment of stupid characters, and what do you get? CATDOG!!! Which is one of the stupidest cartoons on today! I hate this show, and everything it stands for. Why does Nickelodeon keep torturing us with all these god awful shows? Just the thought of it makes me horrified. Please cancel this show immediatly for the sake of humanity!!!

CatDog was one of my favorite cartoons growing up and it still is. Although it doesn't have a lot of "laugh-out-loud " jokes in each episode, it makes up for it with characters who are unique and unforgettable. Jim Cummings did a terrific job voicing Cat, especially when Cat was being sarcastic. Tom Kenny also did a good job voicing Dog, he really captured Dog's personality well. The animation overall is alright, it's good in some episodes and could be a little better in others. The music is amazing, all of the songs can easily get stuck in your head. You'll be singing and humming them for days after hearing them. The plots for each episode may seem mundane at first but they all quickly spiral out of control. This show isn't afraid to get weird, and it does get very weird. If you don't mind weirdness or occasional gross out humor, then I recommend you to try out this show. It definitely is not for everyone, but it is worth at least trying it.

It may not've been awful but it was really bizarre. The characters look like a science experiment gone wrong, the jokes were sometimes funny but for the most part were very miss. I didn't hate it but I didn't care much for it. The animation was nice though the humor was gross and could be off putting. A lot of people grew up liking this which's fine, i'm not one of them. If you're curious you can check it out but if not you're not missing anything.

Hello Everybody Today I'm Reviewing CatDog I did two reviews on this show & both were Mixed but today I'm Writing a Negative Review. I know a lot of people like this show & even I as a kid liked it however now I Can't Stand it. The show is way too Mean Spirited & unfunny at least to me. Every Character is a Jerk to the Main Characters. The Episodes are about Cat & Dog & their Wacky Shenanigans & they usually get beat up By The Greaser Dogs or something else bad happens to them. Anyway CatDog is a Show I Liked as a kid but now I Can't Stand it. 1/10
