First of all, I really liked, loved jyun pyo....he was awesome...he had his own flaws....once he started falling for jandi...he wholeheartedly cared for her...their chemistry was a treat to watch...somewhere I couldn't relate to Jan di as she was confused...but overall jyun pyo, mino took my heart...his hair are cringe for some...bit it looked damn good.....wish ,jyun pyo exists in real world ...lee min ho.

So, I gave it an 8 out of 10, but lets not forget the genre - it is not meant to be philosophical and arty! It is a high-school drama, but with very sweet and funny moments! I love the cartoon network style sounds they add from time to time! The title* in English is Boys before Flowers which sounds senseless and dumb to me - the ignorant European... So it made me pass by this TV series until a friend recommended it. And now I am totally addicted! *It turns out that this Korean title comes from a previous Japanese version which sounds something like: "Hana yori Dango" which is a word play from the saying: "Dumplings before Flowers" (which sounds the same - "Hana yori Dango"). The meaning of the saying is- when you prefer the material pleasures like dumplings instead of the abstract beauty of flowering cherry trees... Very good series but why I don't like the ending why she didn't marries with ji hoo ?? As Jan de loved him too.

I don't think this series needs an introduction or something like that .my first series was jewels of palace.. after a long gap I again started k-dramas.... it's a best series for the beginners.. it's a perfect amalgam of love, friendship sacrifice but still Happy ending..#romantic #comedy#melodrama. it's a story of Gu junpyo, an arrogant and notorious richest guy and his friends who are so called as F4 and a common, sensible, hardworking girl Geum jandi.. jandi had a crush on one of his F4 friends jihoo because of his strange, kind and helpful nature.. Gu junpyo initially ragged her very badly but when he found that this won't effect her and she still fought him back, this influenced him alot and it he started liking her... Well rest of the story you just watch it on your own.. I don't want to be a spoiler..hahaha

I love your Korean movies, mostly.one exception is boys over flowers: the whole plot is dumb; the lead actress is too overboard with her slapstick. Sheacts stupid. Now, #2 i've had enough of Goodbye mr black...lets say goodbye to mr black...too confusing, drawn out. Now, here's my favorites. 1) the King loves; Cindarella and four knights; and 3 is develish joy. To add to my review, Biys over Flowers is badly written. Plus, i agree with the bad reviews, right on. The hair is awful on all the actors.

Best Korean drama ever.. For sure and without hesitanc

I'm shocked on how much i love the series, it is sad and happy, romantic and cruel and most of all what all women dream for. There is some shocking acting in parts but overall this is 10 out 10. How will it end? Only 10 episodes left cant wait to finish this binge watching.

It was literally my first East Asian Drama, so its definitely very dear to my heart, and its undoubtedly one of my favourites too (As I havent been able to stop watching korean stuff after this drama). But the drama its THAT good comparing it to the rest of the Kdramas I have seen afterwards! However, I tried watching the Japanese version (which is said to be the best one), and i couldnt breathe honestly. MAYBE ITS BECAUSE I HAD SEEN THIS ONE BEFORE ALL THE OTHER ONES, IDK. But i loved LMH, KHJ! However, its a very typical classic kdrama, with the very obvious LOVE TRIANGLE! (HONESTLY WAS HOPING JAN-DI TO END UP WITH JI-HOO SUNBAE :( )
